Getting Ready for Grant Money

This workshop will assist participants to understand what documentation and
infrastructure will be needed BEFORE they begin to prepare funding proposals and
which enable the agency to successfully deliver the program activities once
funded.
Learning Objectives: This workshop is designed
for novices or newly-established agencies that are trying to comprehend the
world of grants and funding for non-profits. By the end of the session,
participants will have explored the basic requirements for a competitive
proposal.

~ The role of the Board leadership ~ A strong
Mission/Vision ~ Replicating model programs
~ Establishing an in-kind
